## What Paxora Is

- A deterministic form-population system for family law. No large language model runs at inference; every filled value is computed and traces back to a line on a document you uploaded, so you can verify it before anything is signed.
- 547 court forms across all 50 states, built from 82,887 modeled form fields and spanning 3,142 filing jurisdictions.
- Three bodies of law are held as data: the 547 official court forms, kept byte-identical to the PDFs each court accepts today; 1,589 published grounds on which a clerk may refuse a filing, each transcribed with a quotation of the court's own rule and its citation; and 451 verified filing facts (fees, deadlines, residency, waiting periods), each citing the official page that set it or recording that the state publishes nothing.
- Grounds a machine can decide are checked against a filing packet before it is downloaded; the rest surface as guidance.
- Inputs: Tax returns, W-2s, bank and mortgage statements, paystubs, and the CALDA attorney certified client questionnaire, signed by the client (California Association of Legal Document Assistants): the client's signed answers fill the packet and every field traces to the client's own hand. A practice's own questionnaire is mapped the same way at onboarding.
- Education-first. Paxora prepares and fills forms; it does not file them with the court and it is not a law firm.

## The Acceptance Claim (the specification the engine is built against)

Whether a court accepts a filing is a computable predicate. Six lines of ordinary mathematics state it; every term is data in production. P is the set of every possible packet, j a filing jurisdiction, F the official court forms and Φ the filing facts, G the published grounds for refusing a filing, T the court's current copy of each form, h a byte hash, E evidence, whole(p) whether the output Paxora produced is whole, R the renderer, and d the drift distance.

  Code that always finishes, no model in the path, and identical packets render identical bytes.

  A packet downloads only when its output is whole and every defect is fixed or, where the filer's own paperwork caused it, knowingly overridden. A defect Paxora caused is never released, under any override.

  Distance from a form we ship to the court's live copy, over four signals: bytes, page count, wording, and the printed revision date. Ships only at zero.

These six lines are the specification: ordinary mathematics, stated in a proof language such as Lean 4, where a proof checker confirms on every build, for every packet at once, that acceptance always answers, that a withheld packet always names a published rule that was violated and never knowingly overridden, that a defect Paxora caused is never released, and that an acceptable packet is never withheld or refused. Every line is Paxora, before a packet ships and after, and each build checks the gate that runs in production against it. Law as a decidable predicate is forty years old. Holding every term of it as live data across fifty states is the new part.
